Hancock & Moore Leather Design
Hancock & Moore is America’s preeminent leather upholstery house. They have been in business for over 100 years and are the premiere American leather furniture maker.
All products are hand crafted and Hancock & Moore is the only company we know of that provides a custom provenance for every piece of furniture they produce. When a product is finished, each person who works on the piece from cutting the pattern, to building the frame to adding the nail head trim, signs their individual name on a pamphlet. This speaks to Hancock & Moore’s artisan heritage of proud craftsmanship.

Burton James Furniture
Burton James, also a California company, is unique in that they will customize anything. For example, a chair can be made wider, deeper or smaller on request. Burton James will customize to the specific requirements of a customer. If provided a picture of a piece of furniture along with a comment such as ‘I love this piece but I need it smaller or larger’ they will adapt to the customer’s request or requirements. The product is also very affordably priced.
Rene Cazares
Rene Cazares at RC Furniture is on a different playing field. RC Furniture offers an extremely well made product line that is very diverse while specializing primarily in designer upholstery fabric. This company offers an amazing fabric collection which we shop around the world for.
The interesting thing about upholstery is that, when all is said and done, there are not that many different upholstery styles for sofas. However, every upholstery company will go to extreme lengths to enhance fabric details, delivering unique, high quality fabric for every piece of upholstered furniture.
