custom transitional contemporary home rebuild

This transitional contemporary home rebuild is a show stopper from seeing the Kolbe Windows and Euroline exterior doors paired against the smooth omega stucco finish and standing seam metal roof.

Interior designer, Jim Rascoe, designed this home as the envy of the neighborhood. Once inside, you will find custom-painted Maple cabinets, open steel beams, an exposed Cedar ceiling, and Venetian Plaster Walls and ceilings throughout the home.

Equipped with a Mugnaini Pizza Oven and firebox in the kitchen, a butler’s pantry, and all high-end Wolf by Sub-Zero appliances. This kitchen is ready for cooking.

Some luxurious finishes in this contemporary home rebuild include white oak flooring and motorized shade systems. To add a warm feel, solid surfaces made up of a mix of Quartz, Silestone & Limestone were carefully selected. All these finished working together to help make this contemporary home rebuild feel genuinely modern.

Setting this kitchen apart from most all others are the three dimmable attached lamps on the kitchen island, which add a relaxed ambiance like a cocktail lounge.

To keep the ambiance flowing, a small powder room with a gorgeous light fixture offers a dark and mysterious feeling when you walk into it. The space showcases custom hand-painted leaves and trees on the walls and the tall, flush outswing doors which hide the door handles and toilet area. A spectacular design by Jim Rascoe.

Outside you will find colored concrete, 4″ thick square pathway steps, a pass-through serving window, and an inground Gunite Pool to finish off this incredible home.

This custom contemporary home rebuild was masterfully constructed by Harkey Construction, Inc.
